In college, I found myself at the intersection of computer science and the humanities — I studied human-computer interaction and gained a Bachelors in Digital Media Design and a Masters in Social Media (yes, really!). This was at the turn of the 2010s, just as having a digital presence online was becoming essential and social media ubiquitous. I loved the creativity and potential in digital design work. I relocated to the States and worked for over a decade in the heart of Silicon Valley helping purpose-driven brands scale, thrive and tell their stories.
At Slack, I led a 50-person social media response team, implementing programs that ensured smooth operations and scalable systems for a globally distributed team.
Before that, I managed creative and technical teams in telling digital stories (think: websites, email newsletters, social campaigns), overseeing major launches for music clients like Bon Jovi, The Killers and Keith Urban.
Since 2016 and my Saturn return, I’ve been on a spiritual pursuit. I trained in various modalities including 600+ hours of yoga teacher training, Reiki, natal chart astrology, embodiment breathwork coaching, ecstatic dance and mediumship. I left full time tech in 2020 and found balance between my healing work and still consulting in digital media.
In all, I’ve been a digital storyteller for over 15 years.
I know how to design intuitive systems and smart admin tools that help wellness businesses tell their stories because I’ve built and refined them for small businesses and scaled global teams.
Why rahu digital
Rahu is the name of the North Node in vedic astrology or jyotish. Rahu isn’t a physical planet, rather it is a mathematical point in relation to our Moon, and its placement in the natal chart represents our soul’s path. Across the axis from Ketu, the South Node, to Rahu, the North Node, is the signpost to your most enriching life. When we master the qualities alive in Rahu we find ourselves on the path of our soul’s most fulfilling journey.

I am a Scorpio Sun and Sagittarius Moon with Scorpio Rising, ruled by Mars in the 12th House of spirituality and dreams. Signatures of the seeker and the alchemist, my natal astrology affirms that I’m guided by intuition, driven to transformation, and endlessly curious about the unseen forces alive in our world and beyond. 🧿
My practice
I came to my work, like many of us, through yoga asana. I took my first class in 2010. And though it took a couple more years to lean into yoga in earnest, I credit the ancient yogis with guiding me to this path at the right time. I have 600+ hours of yoga teacher training and teach regularly at my retreat space in West Cork, Ireland and online.
